Who we are

ProProcure was founded in 2000 by Frank Treanor. Frank spent much of his career managing the very procurement challenges that ProProcure now tackles with our clients. As Managing Director of Cyrk-Simon from 1992-1999 he worked with corporations like Coca-Cola, Diageo, McDonalds, MasterCard and Pepsi solving the issues that led to the creation of ProProcure.

Ten years on, its multidisciplinary team has a unique blend of skills and experience, with senior specialists from client side marketing, procurement, e-business and IT systems development and integration. These combine to help our clients achieve global brand protection and measurable cost reduction via procurement process efficiency on an international scale.


Client Services

Your first point of contact is our multilingual Client Services team. They are dedicated to ensuring that your solution is put in place and maintained to your complete satisfaction. We provide excellent support and training: if you need daily contact and assistance, for example, that’s no problem.

Our Key Account Management team works closely with you to provide specific support for users and management across a range of services:

  • Expert category sourcing support (print, promotional and PoP)
  • Catalogue management
  • Co-ordinated buying event management
  • User adoption strategy and training

We continuously review and introduce benchmarks and KPIs to improve our performance and enhance your procurement efficiency. In addition to post-sales support, our Client Services team can tailor international training programmes to your needs. These can be adapted to structural changes within your business.


Helpdesk

All users of our software are fully supported by our mulitlingual Helpdesk. They are exclusively dedicated to providing telephone and email support to management, buyers, and suppliers. Of course, we provide excellent support and training but we understand that sometimes you just need to speak to someone to guide you through an unfamiliar process.

Our helpdesk is available from 0900 – 1730GMT, Monday to Friday. Users are able to contact us by telephone or email.

We continuously review and introduce benchmarks and KPIs to improve our performance and enhance your procurement efficiency. We give opportunities for user feedback at all stages of the process.


Technical Development

We don’t outsource our development; all of our technology is built, maintained and developed in-house, giving us more control over it and helping us respond to your needs more effectively.

Our Client Services team are closely aligned with your objectives. We listen to your requirements and those of our other clients, which help us continually enhance our performance.
