Who we are

ProProcure was founded in 2000 by Frank Treanor. Frank spent much of his career managing the very procurement challenges that ProProcure now tackles with our clients. As Managing Director of Cyrk-Simon from 1992-1999 he worked with corporations like Coca-Cola, Diageo, McDonalds, MasterCard and Pepsi solving the issues that led to the creation of ProProcure.

Ten years on, its multidisciplinary team has a unique blend of skills and experience, with senior specialists from client side marketing, procurement, e-business and IT systems development and integration. These combine to help our clients achieve global brand protection and measurable cost reduction via procurement process efficiency on an international scale.

What we can do for you

The starting point for many of our relationships is to create branded e-catalogues from which your local marketing teams & distributors can purchase collateral such as promotional items and in-store merchandising units. Enquiries and orders for these materials can be sent directly to your preferred suppliers or tendered to our fully categorised supplier network.

You can also use ProProcure’s intuitive e-procurement tools to harness the collective purchasing power of your business. This can often reduce the cost of marketing materials by over 30%!

Our supplier relationship management module allows you to benchmark your existing suppliers’ performance against our own supplier network – called Periscope. This ensures that your supply base is competitive and best-in-class.

As a final step we can work closely with your financial and IT teams to create a secure integration between our platform and your financial systems so that all marketing procurement is visible and fully managed according to your broader business objectives.

You may choose to use our team’s deep knowledge and expertise to manage your marketing materials expenditure or you may decide to just use our hosted procurement technology – the choice is yours and we are flexible in how we work with you.

Strategy & audit

The commercial implications of SaaS are significant. In particular, it can take less time to achieve acceptable return on investment (ROI). Our consultancy team comprises highly skilled and experienced marketing professionals who have sourced marketing products in excess of US$3 billion.

These range from POS/POP materials through major print and online campaigns to multimillion-dollar events.

You can draw on this expertise to identify issues with and improve the workings of your marketing materials supply chain.
